Airbloc Contract

This is the MVP implementation of Airbloc Service Contract.
Note that this project is work in progress; not eligible for production use.

• Auth Registry
• Data Exchange

Also, this contract implementation can include experimental features:

• Gas Fueler Queue (See EIP-712)
