Anti AICCU

Deprecates the AICCU support in favor of a generic external script for any other tunneling protocol.

Wireguard, OpenVPN, iodine, etc, all should be workable options for getting data in and out.

Leaping Lemurs

This isn't as good as it gets. But it's as good as it needs to be... usually.

Maybe SOMEDAY i'll finish the second-gen version with web-management, but that's
