Razor Microkernel based on TCL-5-alpha4 with imported lshw.deb

Effectively an update of the TCL5-alpha4 build, except with a converted .deb version of lshw instead of an unofficially-compiled-and-inserted .tcz extension.

This is still based on TCL-4, but uses the .deb importing code to package in lshw-B.02.16.

Razor Microkernel 0.12, built from Tiny Core Linux v5 Alpha 4

Based on @johnmdilley's instructions, this is a debug build of the Razor microkernel against Tiny Core Linux v5 Alpha 4, with lshw-B.02.16.

The build instructions are the same (replacing alpha3 with alpha4), except that the newer lshw.tcz is copied to {output_dir}/tmp/tmp/builtin/optional/ before running ./rebuild_iso.sh

The included lshw.tcz (version B.02.16) extension can be downloaded below, or built from the source.
