Second release of the fusion plot package (new plots added)

The following plots have been added to the second release

• binding_energy
• CMA_diagram
• fusion_cross_section
• fusion_reactivity
• plasma_zoo

The code of the first release has been cleaned up a little bit (also fixed a few typos).
