prod-202006-03 needed for GenPurpose for pass3 PbPb 2018

Changes:

• move method to retrieve trigger mask and mu from several macros to a single one, first implementation of EPOS and DPMJET with pile-up
• fix author name
• move string replacing from multiple macros to GetTriggerBCMaskAndMu.C

In the above commits there is an important fix to the GetTriggerBCMaskAndMu.C function.
