Description

Addresses #577 by adding support for Numpy 2+.
This will force numpy 2.0 as a minimum required version

Type of change

Please delete options that are not relevant.

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

How Has This Been Tested?

  • CI tests pass
  • No regressions in examples
