- remove installing OpenMP on MacOS via custom script -> normal brew install command is working again

fix #2413
Install OpenMP on MacOS simply via
brew install libompinstead using custom ruby script. It's look like, the problem was that Python 2 was installed in the images in the past. Now only Python 3 is installed in the images.
