Add RevokeToken flow for Apple provider. Added this flow so the services able to help end user to revoke the App access from Apple "Sign in with Apple" page. It also allows services to re-enable authentication flow and retrieve user's email + name again as Apple won't return user's email + name after authenticate for 1 day.
