Browsing a Collection

Collections are just tag trees
Collection is a "SourceBook" tag
Section for each "BookSection" tag (chapter, section, whatever)

Creation of a Collection

Needs to be done my moderator
Make a SourceBook tag, make BookSection tags, and setup TagPairs properly such that the SourceBook is parent of the BookSections.

Curation of a Collection

Can be done by average user by adding the "BookSection" tag

Other Note / TODOs

Probably need special tag adding UI for this. "Angel" is a section of 5e's MM and a Creature Type. Need to make it REALLY clear. Probably add a new field to TagPairs around traversing them too when adding a tag to ignore these so they can't be added manually
Are these tags on Minis, or do we just walk the TagPair hierarchy? So "SourceBook: 5e Monster Manual" > "BookSection: Angels" > "CreatureType: Deva" and then clicking "Deva" goes to a search for "Deva".
