ShapeHandler packages

Attached are the ShapeHandler packages for Java, Python, and C/C++. Download and extract the ZIP file that corresponds to your language. Then put the ShapeHandler folder that's inside of it in the same folder as your project.

These packages have been heavily tested and verified to work, including their installation processes and outputs.
