eye-care-20-20-20

Gives u notification to take 20 second rest, after every 20 minutes and watch 20 feet away.

Prerequisites

Must have python interpreter >3.6v plyer

Installation

0. pip install requirements
1. Clone the repository/Zip download it
2. Extract or Open the folder containing repository
3. Copy eye-care.pyw file
4. Press Windows + R key and type "shell:startup" without double quotes in the dialog box. Hit Enter key
5. In the window opened, Right Click and click on paste as shortcut in the folder
6. That's it. Restart your PC so that program will run everytime you turn on the PC after every 20 minutes.
