Flatpak for OrcaSlicer 2.2.0

Changes from 2.2.0:

Fix metainfo to include correct version string
Fix manifest linter errors

Note: This is a purely cosmetic fix for flatpak, the app itself is built from the same sources, so functionally it is identical to 2.2.0
