* Provide release note documentation and changelog fragments for the 2.0.0 release of the Dell Enterprise SONiC Ansible collection. * Correct the "version_added" field for the sonic_prefix_lists module. (Change the specified version from 1.2.0 to 2.0.0.) * Delete blank lines at the bottom of fragment files to fix sanity warnings.
