@peakematt can we disable automerge for these svc-secops PRs please. If you look at the timeline of this PR it was created, labelled and merged all in the same timestamp; Jan 16 2024, 4:42AM PST. There's a couple problems with this:

• Our GH action workflow to automatically close PRs in the subtree repos (apollo-ios, apollo-ios-codegen and apollo-ios-pagination) didn't have time to close this before the merge
• This repo doesn't have a test suite that runs for PRs because there shouldn't be any here so we don't have certainty that this PR hasn't broken anything.
