This change allows opting-out of managing TLS for the main ServiceMonitor endpoint (element 0) - which is managed by default with
.spec.manageTLS- by setting.spec.monitoring.endpoints[0].schemetohttp.Common test PR https://github.ibm.com/websphere/operators/pull/111.
