Docs generation script now uses correct paths, gitignore now allows committing docs.

These links are used both on the README and on the typedoc docs, so they need to be absolute to work properly.

Description
This adds the docs site. The docs have to be generated and compiled in, but it adds the support for differing versions, and adds a landing page for it accordingly.
