Initial Release

Figured the code is usable at the current stage, might as well push a release. Hence v0.3.2-alpha.

Features:

• modular - procedural programming paradigm
• yaml - uses YAML as static data format
• GUI - builds an empty GUI application using data from config.yml

Bugs:

• has NOT been tested on Windows
• has NOT been tested on Linux
