Toggle support.

This version works for TP-Link smart plugs and toggle based ESP8266 implementations on a WEMOS D1 Mini Pro. You can modify the 'specifics.h' file to reflect your requirements, then roll out to multiple devices on your network. The 'networked devices' tab will show them all.

Next version will include momentary devices, such as doorbells, cat feeders, etc.
