This PR enables TRNG support for STM32H7 boards: Portenta H7 OPTA GIGA and NiclaVision.

TRNG is automatically used as seed for
random()
libc functions ifrandom(max)
orrandom(min,max)
are called from the Sketch. Alternatively user can still usesrandom()
to manually seed therandom()
