Fix master brench build

Description

This PR updates the Cargo.toml file to fix compilation issues. The following changes were made:

• Updated the versions of dependencies related to ark-xxx packages (such as ark-serialize, ark-ff, ark-ec, etc.) to the latest compatible versions, as the previous versions were outdated and caused compilation errors.
