Improvements in this release include:
- Port from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET 6
- Settings are stored as a json file instead of xml
- Includes launcher app (coded is MASM x64)
- Plots are rendered using ScottPlot library
- Code refactor and update (nullable still pending)
