Beta release version 0.2

The new improvements in this new beta release are:

• Port from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET 6
• Settings are stored as a json file instead of xml
• Includes launcher app (coded is MASM x64)
• Code refactor and update (nullable still pending)

Beta release version 0.1

This is a working prototype whith all functionalities working except:

• "Player adds" and "Choose your color" game modes not implemented.
• Countdown timer not implemented.
• Keyboard control not implemented.
• Not tested for possible bugs.
