This project is inspired from Sol-Hayama but its opposite, its a NFT Sell Offer rather than NFT Buy Offer.
Another Major change is the contract is written in anchor and not native rust.
Test it out, currently deployed on Solana devnet.

There might be this issue when trying to deploy the contract Link I have fixed it here in a seperate repo for now, once I can get some time to integrate the front end I will redeploy the program.
