This release introduces a distinct numbering system for all tags, and it adds the Situation tags to the XML file (situation tags reflect the circumstances of the individual seeking services as opposed to the services offered by the program). Service tags are updated with 4 digit number ids and Situation tags have 5 digit number ids. The implied hierarchy numbering is removed to allow more flexibility in moving categories when appropriate. Going forward the numbers for deprecated tags will be retired to avoid duplication.

Upgrade Guide

The new numbering system will require anyone using the prior numbering scheme to re-code the numbers associated with the text of the tags. If you are using text only then no re-coding is necessary.
