This PR applies a few changes to the app UI according to the request from ava-labs, plus a few corrections for the parameters of the app.
AppFlags and Path
Display AddSubnetValidatorTx stake as weight
Display SubnetID in AddPermissionlessValidatorTx
Display "Primary Subnet" when subnet id matches primary network (instead of cb58 encoded id)
Display HRP on Owner address in CreateSubnetTx
Display Uptime Requirement, Min Delegate Fee as percentages
