Release of the program to run on the WIndows platform with the .NET Framework 4.8 (or a compatible version) installed.
2 files are attached to the release:
Exponent.Flower.Drawer.exe - a new version file with more functionality, but more "unix-like" commands.
Exponent.Flower.Drawer-First.Edition.exe - an older version file with less functionality, but with clearer commands.
