Update data schema for e2e hotswappable test as per the new getting started

Description of changes:

1. CDK hotswap cannot evaluate nested stacks within nested stacks. CDK fix fix(cli): hotswap cannot evaluate nested stacks within nested stacks aws/aws-cdk#28080
2. Take the latest aws-cdk version (hopefully 2.110.1)
3. Update data schema for e2e hotswappable test as per the new getting started to validate that hotswap works with new aws-cdk version
