feat(applicationautoscaling): add missing PredefinedMetricType enum values

There are three PredefinedMetricType values missing from the enum:

• SageMakerVariantProvisionedConcurrencyUtilization
• SageMakerInferenceComponentInvocationsPerCopy
• ElastiCacheDatabaseCapacityUsageCountedForEvictPercentage
