Upgraded to use Angular 14. Many security issues fixed.

Upgrading

1. Remember to backup your exiting settings.json file (assets/settings.json)
2. Following the principle in the install directions, extract the zip file and overwrite the old contents with the new contents.
3. Reload the web app in the relevant browsers.
4. If necessary, clear the connection and start a new connection.
