What changed? Why?

In the line:

selectedTag == 'all' ? tutorial : tutorial.tags.includes(selectedTag)

The == operator is used, which performs a loose equality check. For better safety and precision, it's recommended to use the strict equality ===:

selectedTag === 'all' ? tutorial : tutorial.tags.includes(selectedTag)
