## Requirements

## Installation
1. Clone the repository:

cd JointMotionEstimation

2. Install the required packages:
```bash
pip install numpy torch SimpleITK
```
## Usage
### Training
To train the model, run:

python Eq_tracking.py
To evaluate the model, run:
python Eq_testing.py
