✨ What's this?

Adds API for loading RenderDoc if available, configuring basic settings, capturing frames, and automatically opening the replay ui.

🔍 Why do we want this?

I want to always have access to RenderDoc when debugging TD, just in case.

Also, this way I don't have to build changes in Rider, switch to the RenderDoc UI and run from there, I can just build and run as normal, and it just works.

🏗 How is it done?

Using bindings generated just last week or so, here: https://github.com/EvergineTeam/RenderDoc.NET
