It occurred to me that we could add 3.13 as well to the supported list by adding 0rc1 as the support revision - but (a) there's a small change needed to the support package URL construction, and (b), Pythonnet hasn't published 3.13 support yet, so it's a bit of a moot point. I guess we'll just have to wait until pythonnet catches up.
