A detailed guide (with screenshots) of how to configure PyCharm to make sure intellisense works while developing an app with briefcase.

Was reading #1393 and I have an idea on a simple way to get briefcase dev running using the run command. But will take some experimentation.

(And I missed town crier, will figure out that too.)
