This pull request adds functionality to generate a dataset report. It includes the following changes:
Adds a basic template for the dataset report
Refactors and simplifies the server-side code, removing unnecessary reactive returns
Injects report path into Shiny via environment variable
Adds download handlers for Quarto report in PDF and HTML formats
