Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's always frustrating when you have to port your game but your studios are exhausted.

Describe the solution you'd like
Be able to assign porting and updating of games to tiny developers, like how a publishing deal work but for your already developed games. I don't really like having to port a game that was developed trough a publishing deal.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Having the developers in the publishing deals also port the games themselves. Which could cause disaster as seen with The Last of Us port for pc (related to #856 ).

Additional context
Doing this could be a gamble with #856 as there could be a bad update or bad port.
