Studio director support role

So when you upgrade your conpany and have many games at the same time it is a bit tedious to upgrade/port all games. And then i thought what if a studio director could given tasks like make updates for this game (not only the ones he maked). Or maybe other tasks like marketing or something. Because for now i believe a studio director can only update or market a game he maked himself right? But it would be handy if he can handle existing games. Or maybe there need to be an new role for this? Would be cool to see this feature implemented.
