[bitnami/kubeapps] Temporarily use deprecated-index #31116

Description of the change

Due to an issue with Kubeapps and the OCI index, we need to temporarily configure it to use the 'deprecated-index'.
Once the issues with OCI are fixed, we will revert this change and implement #31093 which enabled the oci-catalog component by default.

I'm sorry for the inconveniences.
