ASan and UBSan are supported by llvm-mingw. They can be enabled by passing `use_asan=yes use_ubsan=yes` to scons.
TEMPFILE is the built-in way of SCons to use a response file for command lines that are too long.

This old hack is no longer needed and now wrong after godotengine#98105. Fixes godotengine#98967.
