Introduction

Every report added with Aperte Reports Manager portlet can be configured to give access only for users with selected roles. You will find more details below.

Defining roles with permission

Default settings give access to a new report only for Administrator role. In order to limit roles with access, click button Permissions for selected report.

In the Permissions panel you can find all roles defined in Liferay Portal.

If you want to give access for users with other roles just select appropriate check boxes and click Ok button.

In other portlets every user will see only those reports for which has permissions.
