A quantitative/qualitative analysis of a SQL database, containing finance complaints filed by american consumers, between 12/2011 and 04/2016.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB - USA) collects complaints about consumer financial products and services, and sends them to companies for response. Complaints vary in a wide range, from mortgage applications to credit reports.
This analysis aims to investigate patterns and trends within the collected data, also bringing insights, observations and possible justifications for what was found. Full report shown in a ppt presentation, summary displayed in a dashboard.
