Release v1.1.0

• A new GTDB version (v207) was used for taxonomy assignment instead of the previous (v202) version, for both shotgun and 16S datasets;
• For shotgun datasets, we added a deduplication step (as implemented in the fastp tool) to remove likely optical duplicates, and updated the Bracken version to 2.8 due to a bug in the previous release (see here);
