soepy_dev is a development surface for the soepy package. ``soepy` is an open-source Python package for the simulation and estimation of a dynamic model of human capital accumulation tailored to the German Socio-Economic Panel (SOEP). We build on the seminal paper by Blundell & al. (2016) cited below.
