Motivation
This is the first step in trying to detect ipas that are signed with Distribution profiles which cause the dreaded FIFO errors.
We can't implement a check for this (yet) in 0.x because we don't have an interface for passing a path to an ipa...
This could be merged or deferred. I am taking this off the list of features for the next release.
