This GitHub repository contains all code used in the study Prediction of recidivism in a long-term follow-up of forensic psychiatric patients: Incremental effects of neuroimaging data.

The analysis is outlined in analysis.Rmd. Externally sourced scripts located in the scripts subfolder. Please note that no actual results are available in this repository, and readers are instead referred to the published article. Note also that the data itself is not publicly available due to its sensitive nature.
