  • Reuse Bpod interface to add trials from Bpod output
  • Define new metadata based on the Optogenetics protocol
  • Add utility method to add the optogenetic series and optogenetic stimulus site using an example metadata.yaml

Implemented this as not a standalone conversion, but as an optional protocol in the Neuropixels conversion: #34
