Extend metadata for Neuropixels dataset

  • Add subject metadata
  • Move general metadata yaml to "metadata" folder (to be consistent with the other files)
  • Rename ElectricalSeries to electrical_series and lfp_electrical_series and add description
  • Add experiment and session descriptions
  • Add ecephys device and electrode group descriptions
