I noticed in some of the OpenEphys sessions that one of the channels ([191]) is missing from the settings.xml file (likely being accidentally dropped by the OpenEphys GUI). This prevents the initialisation of the recording extractor, and had to be fixed. Until this is integrated in
spikeinterface(orprobeinterface) I created a utility script that loads the "settings.xml" file, finds the missing channels and adds them back with the proper configuration.I also added a documentation to help how to use this script.
