26/bug/verbose method break on release (#28) * fixed Verbose issue, inlcuded logging yaml in release * Moved logging config in utils directory * Fixed logging imports * Added twine test and upload steps in tox and setup config * fixed twine not uploading due to invalid readme file type * Fixed verbose not working for vlc player * Fixed Verbose not work due to logging config not loading * Fixed setup not including data_files for package release * Bump: pydatpiff-2.1.0
