New root output format for daughter particles

Code cleanup was the focus for this release. Changed the format of the
daughters branch in mcTree to be based on doubles and not a TLorentzVector.
An updated analysis macro was generated for mcTree.

Base generator using LHAPDF

Next release will include cross-section calculation
